A Closing Word

My friend, the length of this list is a danger and I would rather end by saying so again than let you close the book resolved to attempt all of it.

Two practices. A year. Then one more.

That is not a lowering of the standard. It is the only way anyone has ever actually kept a standard, and I have watched a great many people prove the alternative by abandoning the road in March.

If you are able to bear the whole yoke, you will be perfect; but if you are not able, do what you are able.
